HOW TO GET THERE

From the Prague City Center by train to Nelahozeves Castle (40 minutes):

Line 091 from Masaryk Train Station to "Nelahozeves – zámek"

From the Prague Ruzyně Airport (30 minutes):

Take the exit from the airport and drive straight to Přední Kopanina (do NOT turn right towards Prague City Center!). Pass through Přední Kopanina and on the only crossroad behind the village, turn left to Horoměřice. Where road ends in Horoměřice, turn left. Proceed approx 1km where road ends and turn left again. Follow this main road (Route 240) passing through the villages of Statenice (formerly Černý Vůl), Velké Přílepy and Tursko until you see the sign for Kralupy nad Vltavou. Continue over the railroad tracks, followed in 50 meters by a gas station. Take first right after gas station to Kralupy center and cross railroad tracks again. Always following main road (yellow diamond), you will bear left sharply at the first main turning, then bear right onto a longer straighter road for about 1 kilometer. You will see two directional signs “Nelahozeves” to the left. Take THIS MAIN LEFT, which is located at a sharp right turn of the main road (RR tracks in front and huge billboard for Nelahozeves castle on left). Go 3 km to village and Nelahozeves castle is on right.

From Prague 6 - Hotel Diplomat (35 minutes):

Turn right out of Diplomat Hotel onto Evropská Street and drive to first roundabout. Enter roundabout and exit at 9:00 (3rd turning) onto Jugoslávských partyzanů Street (you will see tram running parallel on left side). Follow straight (past Crowne Plaza hotel on left and you will see Vltava River right). Follow main road (Route 240) up the hill, through village of Suchdol, continuing always straight. Pass through the villages of Statenice (formerly Černý Vůl), Velké Přílepy and Tursko until you see the sign for Kralupy nad Vltavou. Continue over the railroad tracks, followed in 50 meters by a gas station. Take next right to Kralupy center and cross railroad tracks again. From the Prague City Center (25 minutes):

Drive North on Highway E55 toward Teplice and Dresden. Take EXIT 9 for Kralupy. At the end of the exit, turn right back over the highway. At the next intersection, turn right. Proceed approximately 6 km, passing through Veltrusy, then turn left just after the bridge that crosses the Vltava River. Stay on this road to the castle (3 km).
